  1. How does SnoreStop® work? How do I use it?

    Snoring occurs in three different locations: the mouth, the back of the throat and the nose. To target each location we developed three products: SnoreStop® FastTabs for the mouth, SnoreStop® Extinguisher for the throat, and SnoreStop® NasoSpray for the nose. SnoreStop is designed to help shrink the swollen soft tissues that block air passages. Our Starter Kit contains all three products to help you locate where your snoring occurs and which product works best for you. Directions on how to use SnoreStop is located on each product page.

  2.  How effective is SnoreStop®?

    The active ingredients in our maximum strength formula have been validated by the positive results of an independent double-blind, placebo-controlled medical study, published in the peer-reviewed medical journal ‘Sleep and Breathing’.* Up to 79.5% of the treatment group showed positive results compared to only 45.5% for the placebo group. SnoreStop® proprietary formula has been granted a U.S. Patent No. 6,491,954 by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Since 1995 we have developed multiple snoring solutions to address many of the various reasons that make people snore because one product cannot work for everyone. For best results, we recommend repeated use of an individual product for 3 to 5 nights.

  3. What ingredients are in SnoreStop®?

    Homeopathic medicines are considered as safe (GRAS) with no known side effects or drug interactions. Each natural ingredient is derived from a mineral, botanical, or a protein source and is micro-diluted in accordance with the HPUS. Our products are classified as drugs but are generally considered safer due to the dilution process applied to each ingredient in the finished formula. You can view the entire list of ingredients for each product under the ingredients tab on each product page. Homeopathic medicines use a minute dose of plant or mineral substance to address symptoms. As an example, a 6X next to the name of an ingredient means that one part-per-million of the original source material is to be found in the final product.

  4. What is the shipping and handling cost? Where can I purchase outside the USA?

    We offer FREE International shipping when you place a minimum order of $55.00 USD. Shipping rate is $19.99 for all orders under $55.00 USD.   5. SnoreStop® is regulated by the FDA. What does that mean?

    Homeopathic products such as SnoreStop® are classified and regulated as drugs by the FDA within the meaning of the FDCA (Federal Food Drug & Cosmetic Act) and the standards of the HPUS (Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States) and its supplements. In the United States, drugs are made according to either the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) or the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States (HPUS). All the ingredients we use in our formulas have an official monograph in the HPUS and are prepared according to drug regulations in an FDA approved laboratory. Homeopathic medicines are required to have an NDC number (National Drug Code) listed on the front of the box to identify that the product is registered with the FDA. As drugs, Homeopathic products must be manufactured in compliance with the FDA finished pharmaceuticals Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) regulations for cleanliness, quality, and testing.

  6.  Do you ship Overnight or Next Day?

    Yes, we offer US expedited shipping through USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery for an additional fee of $7.00 and FedEx Next Day for $32.00. We offer FREE US shipping through First-Class Mail through USPS Tracking for all orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. 

  7. Does SnoreStop® come with a guarantee?

    We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund. If you purchased the product at a retail store, you have 30 days to return the product along with your original receipt for a refund or store credit. If you purchased the product directly from us, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product for a full refund. Contact us toll-free at 1-877-766-7378 or via email to obtain a Return Authorization Number for your return. We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number. We cannot issue a refund without proof of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping. We know from our long experience in the snoring business (since 1995) that some people do not react to a specific formula or delivery system.   8.  Can SnoreStop® be purchased in stores?

    You can purchase SnoreStop® at a retail store near you click here  for our store locator. Not all retail stores carry our entire line of SnoreStop® products. If you are looking for a specific SnoreStop® product we recommend calling ahead to ensure the retail store has it in stock. We offer FREE shipping in the US with no minimum required exclusively through our website.

  9.  How long has your company been in business?

  10. How do I return SnoreStop®?

    If you purchased the product at a retail store, you have 30 days to return the product along with your original receipt for a refund or store credit. If you purchased the product directly from us, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the product for a full refund. Contact us via email to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for your return. We do not accept returns without an RAN Number. Buyer pays return shipping. We know from our long experience in the snoring business (since 1995) that some people do not react to a specific formula or delivery system.   11. When does my 30-day guarantee start?

    Your 30-day guarantee starts from the purchase date on your receipt or the date of delivery if you purchased the product directly from us.

  12. How does SnoreStop®  compare to other snoring products?

    Most traditional and unconventional treatments, from tennis balls attached to your pajamas, pillows, over-the-counter decongestants, antihistamines or prescription corticosteroid nasal sprays, nasal strips, nostril dilators, tongue retainers, mouth guards, chin straps, jaw positioners, other gadgets and devices have been found to have side effects, to be cumbersome and expensive or simply do not work. SnoreStop® products have been on the market since 1995, they are simple to use, inexpensive, non-habit forming, free of side effects and have credible scientific evidence for effectiveness.

  13. How long will it take for SnoreStop®  to arrive?

    Orders are shipped within 48 hours (we are closed on weekends). All orders are shipped First-Class Mail through USPS Tracking. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the USA. We offer domestic expedited shipping through USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery for a fee of $7.00 and FedEx Next Day for $32.00 these options are available at checkout. International Customers: Minimum order of 55.00 USD is required for FREE International Shipping. Orders under 55.00 USD the shipping rate is 19.99 USD. Orders will be shipped First-Class Mail through USPS Tracking. Please allow 1-4 weeks for International Delivery depending on your region. Please note: tracking number issued by USPS does not allow us to track your package after it has passed the nearest border.

  14. Does SnoreStop®  treat sleep apnea?

    SnoreStop is considered safe. There are no known side effects, drug interactions, or contraindications. SnoreStop products are formulated for non-apneic snoring. It may lessen the sound of the snore or help open air passages but it is not intended to treat sleep apnea which is considered a serious medical condition. The best source of treatment and advice regarding sleep apnea (OSA) is your personal health care professional an ENT, or a local sleep clinic.

  15. How is my privacy protected?

    We do not sell, loan, or give your name or any other information to any other person or organization. As a private company, we use the information you provide only to process your order and send you exclusive online offers regarding our products.   16. Does SnoreStop have an expiration date?

    As regulated by the FDA, homeopathic products are not required to have an expiration date. Nevertheless, proper storage in a cool dry place is a key factor for long preservation. Direct sun exposure might have an effect on the overall stability of the solution. We recommend to discard the product 6 months after first use.
